At Summer Breeze, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, shell beads, and carefully selected materials. Because every item is handmade and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your claim is approved, we'll gladly replace the item ( if available) or provide an appropriate solution.
Natural Materials
Many of our pieces feature genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls, and shell beads. As these are natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of their unique beauty and would not be considered defects.
